Hotel Ritz Florence, Florence

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and clean with an excellent view from the entry foyer. The service over the 3 nights was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and always helpful, making my time in Florence easy and enjoyable. The location is fabulous, close enough to downtown to explore easily yet away from the noise, next to the scenic Arno River and within walking distance of major attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a continental breakfast but could have been improved with some hot snacks. Overall, the facilities were convenient and provided a comfortable stay.

I stayed on the 3rd floor with a view of the Arno river. The rooms smelled of stale smoke and were in need of a good clean. The hotel provides a refrigerator, bars, and A/C which were controlled centrally, suitable during the heat wave in Milan. However, the rooms are showing their age.

The hotel's rooms were spacious and comfortable, but in need of a deep clean. The service was inconsistent, with issues regarding smoking near the entrance. However, the location was superb near major landmarks and by the scenic Arno River. The dining options, though basic, included delicious wood-fired pizza. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, offering a decent stay with room for improvement.

I couldn't have asked for a more convenient location in Florence. The hotel was just minutes away from major attractions, offering a superb experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, but be cautious about the view. The service was impeccable, and the dining options, though not fancy, were sufficient to start the day. A fantastic place overall.
